As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for download. To access them:

• Go to My Account > Orders.
• Click in button “View” next to your order.
• Click the “Download” button to access your files.
  You will also receive the download link via email. (please check your spam or Gmail’s Promotions/Social tabs).

Don’t worry! You can access your downloads at any time from My Account > Orders.
If you’re still having trouble, please check your spam folder or contact us via live chat (lower right corner) or email: [email protected]

No! Once purchased, you can download your files as many times as you need — your access never expires.

We accept credit/debit cards (processed securely via Stripe), Google Pay, PayPal, and other local methods. All payments are encrypted and secure.

This is a temporary pre-authorization hold placed by your card issuer to validate your card. It’s not a real charge and will disappear from your statement within 1-2 days.

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds on completed orders. If you have an issue with a file, please contact us so we can help!

Our PNG packs are compatible with most editing and cutting software, such as:

• Cricut Design Space
• Silhouette Studio
• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva
• Home and professional printers

Yes! All files are licensed for commercial use. You can use them to create and sell personalized products (like t-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc.).
